Support
What we help with, and what happens after you change code, written down so you know before you need it.
Covered, free, for as long as you use the theme
- Setting up anything this guide describes: pages, templates, metafields, the pricing gate, colour schemes and every setting in the theme editor.
- A feature that does not behave as documented, including anything that lets a buyer add a quantity, variant or price the product's rules do not allow. We treat those as bugs, fix them, and say which release fixed them in the release notes.
- Questions about how the theme reads Shopify's own B2B objects: companies, catalogs, quantity rules and volume pricing.
Not covered
- Changes to the theme's code, or problems caused by them. Because we cannot see your edits, we will ask you to reproduce the problem on an unmodified copy of the theme first. We will still tell you where to look.
- Third-party apps. We will confirm whether the theme's app blocks show them where this guide says; the app's own behaviour belongs to its developer.
- Checkout, tax calculation and customer accounts. These are Shopify's.
How to reach us
Our support contact form and hours will be published on this page before the theme's release.
When you write, include your store URL, the theme version (Online Store → Themes → the theme's … menu) and, when something looks wrong, a screenshot of the page and the product or collection it is on.
